Elegant destination wedding in Mount Juliet Estate, Ireland.

I am finally starting my Botanical Adventures which is just a cuter name for my blog.

This has been on my list of things to do for such a long time but I let myself stand in my own way. I gave myself plenty of excuses such as my poor IT skills when it comes to updating a website. I was also feeling that because I did not write eloquently, I could not create a blog. So I eventually forced myself to sit down for several hours last night and start this, I’m not kidding! It was a slow process figuring it out, let’s just say I am a better floral designer than a Macbook wizard. But I know it will be worth it as I have so many beautiful weddings and events to share with you. I hope it brings you joy seeing real love stories come to life through the lens of super talented photographers. My plan is to keep my blogs short and sweet and full of beautiful images for you to swoon over. Enjoy the beauty.

So let me begin with the gorgeous wedding of Kelly and Paddy. We were introduced to each other over the phone by the dream team Waterlily Weddings. They designed and planned Kelly and Paddy’s destination wedding in Ireland and as always it was a pleasure to be part of their team and see their vision for Kelly and Paddy come to life. Kelly wanted the florals to look elegant but also have that natural, organic aesthetic to them. We created a beautiful, unstructured floral design on our wooden arbor for the backdrop of the ceremony. It rained during their ceremony but they did not let the weather dampen their spirits.

We adorned the dining room with beautiful floral designs filled to the brim with peonies, scented garden roses and Irish foliage. We also created a floral installation for the mantlepiece that complemented the dining room beautifully. These amazing images were captured by the super talented and generous Molly Carr Photography. I am so grateful that she shared these beautiful images with us, so we can share them with you.
